Lowell's Character
One of the major themes of our work is that Lowell is a unique, little city with a "character" that is all its own. One that is not likely to be found elsewhere. Do you agree? John mannings was my fathers godfather. I am sure you didn't expect a response after so long, but Uncle John was a great guy. My father asked him many times how did he know he was healed, and he said, he just knew when his legs tingled.
